Roto-Rooter Plumbers October 5, 2010 – The plumber they sent from Providence was very polite and helpful. My problem was fixed very quickly. However, I thought that the price was pretty steep since he was only there an hour.

Roro-Rooter Plumbing 10/04/2010 – When I called Roto-Rooter a plumber was senr out right away. The plumber was called Mario. He explained everything that he was going to do and just how much it was going to cost. He guided me step by step on everything that he was doing. Maro was very friendly and very knowledgable. I was very pleased with his service and if I need anymore help I would gladly call for his services again. Thank You Roto-Rooter for all of you help.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-30 & 10-4 – I called this service for the first time as a home owner, with a MAJOR back-up problem....they responded within a half hour and sent a friendly, knowledgable tech named Bill, who guided me through what was going on. He followed up with Russ, a diagnostic tech who also was friendly and very helpful as to my best approach to the problem (a MAJOR sewerage line problem!!!) which required excavation of my yard and replacing the whole sewer line. Roto-rooter – Called last night. There was no more denying my hot water was turning orange. They were very friendly on the phone and made an appointment for today on my schedule. I calle dthis morning panicking that late this afternoon would be too late to replace water heater as I have out of state guests coming in for the weekend. Thet moved the appt up no problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/18/2010 – Called Roto-Rooter two weeks ago on a Saturday. The serviceman that arrived was prompt and very knowledgeable. He reviewed the problem with the drain pipe, fixed it and made me understand if the problem persist it could be a bad pipe. Sure enough a week later the problem was back. Again on a Saturday I had to call Roto-Rooter, the same serviceman came and fixed the problem in a timely, professional manner. Roto-Rooter Service 9/17/10 John O – I had a reoccurring clog in my kitchen sink after heavy usage. I tried numerous things to fix the problem but nothing worked. I called Roto-Rooter and they diagnosed the problem immediately. The serviceman outlined the problem gave me an estimate and finished within the time he told me. I am more than satisfied and will definitely call them in the future.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/15/2010 – This service was here in a hour and not with an emergency charge. The pulmber was well spoken and knew he's stuff fixed the problem and left in a snap. He was the best plumber in the providence area.

Roto-Plumbers Plumbers July 12, 2010 – I checked on line for a plumber that had decent ratings. I came across Roto-Rooter from Providence. I called to get a new garbage disposal installed and they said they would get someone there in less than an hour. Wow... I was expecting a few days wait. Their rep came, gave me a clear quote, used a drop cloth on the floor, was courteous, and cleaned up the entire job at the end. I am now planning on giving them additional work.
