roto rooter experienc – Winter damage to my home this season has been dreadful and then came the broken pipe! It was a pleasant surprise to call Roto Rooter and have them show up within a few hours. The attitude and pleasant personality of Jim who came to save the day was a breath of fresh air and turned an awful experience into a not so bad. He obviously likes his job and his satisfaction turned into ours! Thank you Roto Rooter for having happy employees......

Roto-Rooter plumbers 3/21/2011 – Apolo #1853 Was fantastic. He came in to snake out our main line in Pawtucket that was full of roots. Then informed me of a bunch of other issues and gave me as much info as he could to fix it (main line needs to be replaced completely) Even stating I should go down to the city to get my blue prints just so I know where everything is placed. Very helpful, nice, and neat plumber. Highly recommend!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03/19/2011 – I needed a plumber to check my waste pipe for slow flow and clogs. Jim arrived a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time and was professional and helpful. He scoped out and then snaked out the pipe in a reasonably fast manner. He was also quite clean and organized as he worked. My place is in Providence.

Roto-Rooter Excellent Plumber In Providence area 3/3/11 – We had weeks of slow running drains. Finally our drains stopped running. Our technician came and diagnosed the problem. Things did not go easy for him, he worked like a dog, Eddie #7109, was determined to fix the problem. He didn't even want to take a lunch break. He called in his partner to resolve the problem. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 02-26-11 – At about 9:30 P.M. on Sat. Feb. 26, 2011 my sump pump failed and water was coming into my cellar. I called Jim from Roto- Rooter(he had done work for me before) and explained my problem. He arrived at 10:30 and installed a new pump. He worked until 12:30 A.M. to complete the job. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND RESPONSE TIME – We recently discovered that we had leak in a pipe in our basement....it was spraying all over the place!!! We immediately called Roto-Rooter and our plumber, Louie, who was on a job at that moment, returned our call right away. He gave us a very reasonable timeframe for when he could get to us, instructed us to turn off the water, and he would call us when he was on the way. Roto Rooter to the Rescue – Joel came out just in time as my sink would not drain! He quietly looked around, surveyed the situation and within a few hours my sink was draining as it should. He was great with his explanations, attitude and presence.
