Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/15/11 date of service – I called roto rooter Providence today and they responded to my problem in less than an hour! The plumber, Ann, was knowledgeable, friendly, and fixed my problem accurately and without any mess left behind. I would reccomend her to a friend!

Satisfied Preacher – Today I had a problem with a back up in my cellar. I called Roto Rooter and the person was so helpful and promised to have some one at my house within the hour. The person was there on time worked from 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 pm because my drains were in such bad shape. I was amazed at how courteous and dedicated these two men were. I tried to tip them and they would not take my money. I will rave about Roto Rooter the rest of my days. Keep up the good work.

Problem Solved! – When I first called Roto Rooter I had a big emergency on my hands, I was leaving town and my tenant called to tell me his sink over flowed flooding his kitchen! I had to be out of town in 4 hours and was pressed for time and a solution. Terry arrived with in a hour of me calling and was able to figure out the problem and he even had all the tools needed to fix the issue right with him! Saving me time and stress! Great Customer Service from Providence Plumber! – I love that Roto-Rooter calls to say when the technician is expected so I don't have to wait around. They called twice after I booked the appointment - once to give an estimated time of arrival and aother for when the tech was heading over. These calls went to my cell and the operator encouraged me to get errands done and they would keep me posted as to when to be home. Chris, Service Tech #7431 was friendly and knowledgeable. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/11/11 – Prompt and professional plumber service in Providence, RI. Technician (Chris) spent the time necessary to get a challenging job done (multiple attempts and some fancy finesse). Would call them again and would highly recommend to a friend.
