Ryan (# 3158, 501-19903602) was at our home in under a hour, about 10 pm on Tuesday night. He had all the tools he needed, diagnosed the problem and solved it within 45 min. He first explained the problem clearly, described the remedy, performed that procedure, cleaned up everything, and was cheerful and pleasant the whole, time and soon on his way. Very niice job!
My tenants water heater would not restart after the gas was off for maintenance. Within one hour Roto-Rooter technician Jeff arrived at my door. He quickly evaluated the problem within minutes and explained my options to me. Jeff took the time to make sure I understood by answering all my questions in a friendly manner. Prompt, professional service, I would recommend to others in need.
Needed plumbing repair for a clogged drain. Dennis #5125 the plumber did an excellent job. He has years of experience, was professional and efficient. Kitchen sink is running well no more slow, clogged pipes.
Over a holiday weekend, we had an upstairs bathroom leak which ended in water damage to downstairs (Kitchen) Roto Rooter came right away, the following day the plumbing leak was repaired and water mitigation underway. There was a slight misstep which causes further water damage but Roto was very quick to remedy the problem. Overall, they have stood by their work. I would recommend this company.

Had a sewer backup and Eric, tech # 7434 and Derrick, tech #2746 were wonderful. Professional, knowledgeable, and polite they knew exactly what they were doing and took care of our problem.
Called around 6pm, technician was here at 10, drain was cleared and running beautifully by 11. Even cleaned up the mess in the tub afterwards. A bit expensive but no complaints about the work.
