Ryan 3158 was very professional and was able to solve our plumbing problem with his expertise. He was patient and courteous and knew his job well. Also, the company promised to have a service person within 2.5 hours and they kept their promise. I will definitely use them again.

Matt 3191 and Bryce 5805 were very professional and thorough. Inspected sewer line with camera and discovered roots. They then used high pressure jet to clear the line. They showed me with the camera the final results and the line was very clean. They have the best technology to take care of situations like this. I highly recommend their services.

Awesome experience. James T. was very professional and great to work with!! Also, we did not realize this was an insurance claim issue and Roto Rooter not only saved us money on the job, but also helped redo our entire basement at no additional cost.

We experienced a backup of the sewer line due to roots infiltrating the line. I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Bryce Weaver came to our residence. He carefully cleaned the line and then examined it with a camera and found a problem with the pipe. We asked him to fix it and he showed up promptly the next day with James Tavares. My service technician, Chris E., patiently explained what my problem was & the repairs needed to correct it. The excavation & pipe replacement crew was at my house the next day @ 7:30 am & completed the job well before noon. I was thrilled with Roto-Rooter -- from the plumber who came to my aid to the "cleaner," who was incredibly industrious, kind, patient, and non-judgmental. He made a very stressful situation a little less of a nightmare than it would have been. I would not hesitate to call on Roto-Rooter again nor to recommend the company to anyone!
