It wouldn't have been a holiday without an emergency in our house. Jim Hoxeng #7405 from Roto Rooter came to our house on the 4th of July during Hurricane Arthur to replace a wax seal on a toilet and a pin hole leak in a corroded pipe. If Jim hadn't come that night to fix the leak, we would have had a disaster! Thank you Jim for your patience and kindness and driving in the pouring rain to help us. Highly recommend Roto Rooter's services!

Eric Woolf saved the day!!! It was this Saturday evening in Westerly, RI, and unfortunately, our main sewer line was blocked, and backing up into all our drains. Eric was timely, professional, and efficient with solving our problem. All while taking the time to patiently explain the situation to us, and interact with our 2 year old. Thank you, Eric!

I am so glad that I called Roto-Rooter of Providence. John Altieri arrived on time and he was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to fix my clogged drain. He stood outside in the cold to find my house trap. He was able to fix the problem and was very helpful in advising me how to avoid this problem happening again. I would recommend Roto-Rooter of Providence to my friends and family when they need a plumber. Thank you so much!!

The dispatcher understood that my need was urgent and promised a technician would arrive asap. She continued to keep me updated as to when my tech would arrive. When James #7432 arrived, he listened, understood and started to tackle the problem right away. James was polite and had great patience with us. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again Thank you
