On the day before Thanksgiving our sewers backed up and we were in a panic since we had family coming to celebrate the Holiday. My wife called Roto-Rooter Services on Montana Avenue and within 3 hours they were at our house repairing the problem. Roto-rooter came to my house today after a horrible experience with Jolly plumbing. The guy before was in and out in half an hour and my basement was flooded a week and a half later. The guys from Roto-rooter took the time to do a good job and I could tell that they really cared about the quality of their service.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the operator at my home on Winton Road on Nov. 9. He quickly assessed the problem and got right to work. The problem was roots coming into the exit pipe to the road drain. He worked very hard to cut up the roots and clear the line. He made suggestions about removing a tree in the area that was probably responsible for the roots and offered advice on using a service where a camera is inserted into the pipe to identify the location of the problem. I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter services. On Thursday night at about 11.00 p.m. I realized my sump pump broke down and my basement was flooded. I called the their service number and they have booked someone to come first thing in the morning (they couldn't fix the sump pump as an evening service). Robert, the technician came soon after 9.00 a.m. He was VERY professional, helpful and did a wonderful job. From the moment i called, to the moment the plumber left: i was handled politely, quickly, professionally and done! I highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter FIRST with your plumbing problems.....i did try calling a local plumber in neighborhood first, they didnt answer phone. Glad Roto-Rooter has a staff to answer phones. We need quick and easy decisions with these kinds of things in our lives....so here is the quick and best fix no drama, lol Craig D. R'Cittio and Jordan from Roto-Rooter both assisted our family when we had a clogged main sewer line and a slow-flowing kitchen drain. Both of the men were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable about our common problems and provided some short and long term solutions for our draining issues. Even if Roto-Rooter's prices are higher than some competitors, I highly recommend Roto-Rooter in this area for their professionalism and the respect they show to their customers.
