I had my septic tank pumped. David was very nice, showed me a potential problem, and answered my questions. They were able to schedule a visit right away. When their vehicle needed repaired and they had to reschedule they were very polite and sympathetic.

We had our main drain back up and called root rooter. They came within a couple hours (it was not an emergency) and had our drain fixed within one hour. They were fast, clean and very helpful in describing the service, why we needed it and what was being done. Would highly recommend!!

On Sunday we had an issue with a toilet install. Our first call was to Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati. Our tech Anthony (2448) was absolutely superb, he was professional. courteous and knowledgeable. We were highly impressed. Anthony explained everything. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Very impressed! I had a problem with an overflowing toilet at midnight and called Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati, OH. Even though they said it would take up to two hours, Chris was there within an hour. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining my options. He fixed the problem very quickly and made everything easy, all in the middle of the night! I would definitely recommend.

If you don't have a regular plumber, I'd suggest you give Roto-Rooter a try. This past Sunday we called the Cincinnati-area office because of a blocked drain. Our technician Steve explained what he assumed would need to be done to resolve the problem. Even when the job started to get more involved, (i.e. water backing up into other places) Steve never lost his friendly attitude or his good humor. Called on a Saturday night with water coming up through our floor drain. They had someone out Sunday morning at 10a. Ran a camera and found bigger problems. Glad they found them so we hopefully won't end up with a flooded basement. Good service, courteous employees. Thanks for delivering the bad news in a cheerful manner :) I'm not sure if they came from the Overland Park, KS branch or the Kansas City, MO branch, but they were helpful. Thank you

I had a issue with clogged drain when I called they said it would be about a 2 hour wait it was only little more than a 1 hour wait . the represenitive (Anthony) explained all my options from the lease amount to the top price he started with the least but my luck he had to do the most when it was all said and done the drain was opened, but he did not have a part on his truck had to make a special trip (I feel he went out of his way to do his job) also when the job was completed he cleaned up the area he was working gave me a... read more
