Just moved into our house a week ago. Supposedly the old owners pumped the septic before we moved in??? We had a septic backup only being in the house 7 days - we called Roto Rooter and they were there in 30 minutes - nice, friendly and helpful! We would definitely call them again!! They Rock!

The Roto-Rooter plumber that was sent to me from Brentwood MO. was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the problem I was having with my drain. He also gave me tips on how to prevent the problem in the future. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Sewer line was clogged on a Sunday and sewage started backing up into the basement. Roto-Rooter made it to our house in less than an hour. Andy, the plumber for our job, was great. He quickly identified the exact problem and explained everything he was doing in words I could understand. After carefully explaining my options to me, he got to work right away and walked me through every step so that I not only understood what he was doing, but also so that I could learn more about my own house's plumbing. My father always taught me to try & fix household problems without calling for assistance. He passed away a few weeks ago & just in the last couple of days, the sewage line clogged beneath the garage floor of my mother's home. Tried everything. Liquid Plumber. Using a plunger. Eddie (2047) did a wonderful job. I thought I could play plumber and fix a leak in a water pipe going to our main shower upstairs which leaked and ruined my ceiling and bathroom wall. I cut the whole in the wall bought a torch to sweat the pipe because it would be nooooo sweat..... hahaha. Well, I just messed it all up. This was a Saturday evening around 6:00pm. After we got back from vacation, we noticed our water heater was leaking. Since the heater was very close to the wall, the leak damaged our dry wall. We called Roto Rooter. Two guys, who came out to give us an estimate, were very professional. They went to the store to pick up our newly purchased water heater, delivered it to our home and installed it the same day. We called at 11am and a courteous receptionist took the information. Roto rooter service man came am hour later. He provided the service charge information upfront. He cleared the clog under the kitchen sink, cleaned the space and was done in 20 minutes. Very professional job by Danny. I'll use them again. Thank you Roto-rooter.-- vijayB

I called them for a leaking toilet and they were out within an hour and a half. He gave me a written estimate and then even came in under the cost. He was courteous professional and I will definitely use them again
