Late night call for toilet repair at apartment building in Erlanger, Kentucky. Service men arrived on time and quickly fixed the problem. Rate was fairly reasonable given it was after hours and came within 2 1/2 hours of call. Plumbers were very nice and competent.

we called roto-rooter when our toilet started leaking everywhere. when they arrived they introduced themselves and showed their badges. they went right to the problem and told us up front the price to fix the toilet. we had another company come before roto-rooter and they were only worried about paperwork and your payment. they didn't even look at our toilet. when roto-rooter finished they ask if there was anything else. We had Roto-Rooter come out last night when we noticed water coming up in the drains in our basement. They promptly got to our home in Covington, KY within an hour of our call. They technicians were friendly and explained what they were going to do as well as the expected cost. They also allowed us to use a coupon for the service. They completed the process of unclogging our sewer pipe and explained the problem. They are coming back tomorrow to run a camera through the sewer pipe to check on further damage to the pipe. I was replacing shower faucets in my home and could not for the life of me get one of the copper fittings to take the solder properly. After hours and hours of work, I gave up and called Roto Rooter. They sent over a Technician named Gray. Gray usually works nights, and despite him working the night before, he was dispatched to my house early in the afternoon. He not only solved the problem (which literally had us feeling like prisoners in our own home) but he was patient and answered every question I had. I had a recent excavation done on my property by Roto-Rooter to replace a length of deteriorated pipe that restricted sewerage flow out of the house. At the time of the excavation I was notified of further issues with the line out where it taps into the City of Milford line, which I declined to have repaired. We had a backed-up toilet Saturday evening, and called Roto-Rooter because of their 24 hour service. We were given a 4 hour window, which turned into a 6 hour wait until service came. However, I was impressed that the dispatcher called to let us know the new schedule. Our toilet was augered (?) and worked fine. We used their 7 day guarantee when the toilet backed up 2 days later. I’d like to thank Gray at Roto-Rooter for a job well done. I had a major clog affecting my kitchen and bathroom sinks, so I called Roto-Rooter for the fix, and another tech responded. Unfortunately the main pipe, under the kitchen sink, cracked during the cleaning process and a MAJOR leak occurred as a result.
