I used Roto-Rooter today, Dan arrived at the scheduled time, explained what the process was, and stated the price. He was extremely professional and helpful in answering my questions. I would gladly use the St. Louis Roto-Rooter in the future.

With very cold temps come bursting pipes, Robert was wonderful, competent, skilled, able to quickly assess the problem find the rupture and replace the burst pipe, impressive. To boot was very conscientious about adding more mess to our existing problem, we are most grateful! Thanks Roto-rooter we will use you again, much Thanks to you Robert you were an answer to prayer! Roto-Rooter sent Dan (our plumber) who arrived on time and took care of the problem quickly and professionally and he even helped me move the washer and dryer back to their proper place which I really appreciated. The only drawback was the price, It was kind of expensive for an hour's worth of work.

Our plumber, John Zensen, was not only professional but so courteous. We discovered our sewer was backing up around 7:00 pm. We were given a window of 3 hours, and we received a courtesy call informing us John would be delayed a bit and would arrive by 10:30. This young man's shift was due to end at 10:00 pm, yet he left his previous job and came to ours not knowing what he would run in to. Our plumber, Robert, was great! He arrived on time (the very beginning of the two hour window we were given), diagnosed the problem in our toilet quickly, and when another problem arose still had the entire fix completed in less than an hour. He then took the extra time to check and be sure our water pressure was appropriate in our whole house before leaving. We will definitely use Roto Rooter in the future!

We were so happy with the service we received from Roto-rooter the other day. Michael, the plumber, arrived very promptly and got right to work. He did a good job and was kind and helpful. and I got a $40 coupon from the web site! A+ service!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers, December 2, 2013 Don was VERY helpful this morning. I called at least 6 plumbers and Roto-Rooter got back to me and we got on the schedule first thing this a.m. Don answered all of our questions and advised us on future plumbing purchases. He took time and we were totally satisfied with his work.

Carl of the St. Louis South location was great. He arrived on time and solved the problem quickly. He was courteous and explained everything that needed to done in detail. I would call Roto Rooter again (and we have, many times!).
