I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service. I called them on a Friday morning when I discovered my basement had flooded from a backed up floor drain. They were polite and concerned and quick to address my problem. Within an hour they were at my house and had the problem resolved quickly and shared some information on how I can help prevent this problem from reoccurring in the future. The professionals at Roto-Rooter were extremely helpful and polite. They identified my issue right away, explained it clearly to me, and fixed it quickly (less than 30 minutes!). We had a clogged sink, which is usually something we can address ourselves by checking the traps under the sink. When that didn't address the issue, we called a few places, but none were able to send someone out the same day. We had quite a few dishes piled up and needed to get the clog addressed immediately, so we called Roto-Rooter. A plumber (Matt #2719) arrived within a few hours. We live in older house in the Cincinnati area, and had a clogged main sewer line. Our service man (Russell) was prompt, courteous, and skilled in diagnosing and fixing the problem. I also appreciate his advise on how to prevent/delay the problem from occurring again. I will definitely call again for future plumbing needs, and would recommend Russell in particular.

WE CALLED ROTO-ROOTER LATE FRIDAY NIGHT AND THEY HAD A TECH TO OUR HOUSE EARLY SATURDAY. THE TECH THEY SENT WAS DWIGHT. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY, KNOWLEGABLE AND OF COURSE HELPFUL. HE HAD OUR PROBLEM FIXED IN NO TIME AT ALL. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND HAD A FEW HELPFUL TIPS AS WELL. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS WELL AS BEING VERY NICE. WE RECOMEND ROTO-ROOTER!

After meeting 8 of the staff from original service call to Michael, you have the right service people for all the jobs dedicated to drain service. Larry initially treated the blockage with every machine size he had, while Richard arrived later and showed the blockage. Jimmy's color camera reminded me of a surgical procedure, while marking the spot with a super meter finder. Coming back later, he set up the account for the work. We had three drains that needed clearing out today. I called this morning, and a plumber came out this afternoon. Dan went above and beyond and ended up replacing part of the trap in one of the sinks. He honored the original price quoted. He did excellent work. We live in an older home and call Roto Rooter for all of our plumbing needs.
