I am very pleased with Roto-Rooter services. On Thursday night at about 11.00 p.m. I realized my sump pump broke down and my basement was flooded. I called the their service number and they have booked someone to come first thing in the morning (they couldn't fix the sump pump as an evening service). Robert, the technician came soon after 9.00 a.m. He was VERY professional, helpful and did a wonderful job. Pat came less than an hour after being called to clear a kitchen drain. He was completed and left in less than 45 minutes. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. I am very pleased.

We had a drain problem that turned out to be a collapsed line under the basement floor. Bob from Rotorooter came immediately when called, took us step by step through the problem so that we understood what was going on and had a repair complete with changes to bring us back into code in a day. When the inspection was complete he was back within a couple of hours and did an excellent job of repairing the floor. I was doing laundry and noticed after a few loads that our drain was very slow and we had water on the floor. We usually require yearly maintenance visits, but this was a bit sooner than a year since the last time. I called Roto Rooter and they sent Terry out. He worked hard to clear the lines and was very friendly and knowledgeable. When it backed up again a few days later, we decided to have a camera run through the outside pipes.
