I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THE TECHNICIAN DID. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. HE TOOK TIME TO CLEAN OUT ALL THE PROBLEMS, HE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE IN A HURRY TO FINISH. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WE LIVE IN MT. HEALTHY, OHIO AND WE HAVE A LOT OF MATURE TREES IN OUR AREA WHICH COULD CAUSE TREE ROTTS TO CLOG PIPES. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HARD WORK.

Getting up on Sunday morning to a clogged kitchen sink full of filthy standing water is definitely not on anyone's list of "fun things to do." And to be honest, Roto-Rooter didn't turn it into something fun. But Robert (#0377) *did* arrive promptly, was professional and courteous, and got right to work. I had a drain clogged out in the middle of the yard, was backing up into the basement. The wife had friends coming over for dinner, I had to do something to get the backup cleared before the party. Andy showed up promptly, and was respectful of our time. Great work, glad to be able to flush the toilets and use the showers again.

I had 2 drains that were clogged, one of them has been slow since moving in 2 years ago and now it's better than it ever has been. The service was great, fast and very effective. The tech showed up exactly when promised and customer service was great. Highly recommend

My water heater stopped working early one Saturday afternoon. The seam had ruptured and I had water everywhere. I shut off all the water lines going into and out of the water heater. I quickly began calling around but found that no company would come over the weekend to replace it. I would have to wait until Monday to even get someone to give me an estimate. We had issues of our basement flooding with the nasty stuff. They came out and replaced the pipe line going from the house to the street. Took around six hours but they were professional, considerate, and did the job to the fullest, and they even gave us a discount. Thank you J. Michael Redman and your coworker.
