I called at 7:30am and had 2 plumbers out to clear 2 different lines within an hour. They were quick, efficient and helpful. They explained everything to me and gave me all of my options before moving forward. I would recommend Roto-Rooter if you need plumbing services in the St. Louis area.

I had two problems and got same-day service. The window was only 2 hours, and they called me 30 minutes before the plumber arrived. My plumber was Glenn from the Brentwood location. He was helpful, courteous, thorough and professional. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Glenn, and will call them again when I have plumbing needs.

Excellent professional service. Technicians Shawn and Don are prompt, courteous and quickly diagnosed and fixed my plumbing issues on 3 recent occasions between July and August. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter in the St . Louis area.

Our technician arrived in less than 30 minutes--even after 9PM! He fixed the stack from the sink and also the basement drain! He was really helpful and gave some great tips on how to keep the drains clean and some free enzyme rinse!

While the plumber, John Zensen (3201), arrived passed the timeframe that was given to me he was nothing but professional. He had our drains cleaned out very quickly and was pleasant throughout the entire time he was at my house. I would use Roto Rooter again for any drain issues I might have.

They were right on time, did the job quickly and cleaned up. I always call Roto Rooter when I have a drain problem, and this was the first time to use for a routine plumgbing problem. I like being able to call and get someone right away.
