I called Roto Rooter early on a Saturday morning and they provided me a 4-hour window that they would contact me for a service technician to arrive. About 90 minutes later, John Gleason arrived (after a call saying he was on his way) and introduced himself at the door, came in and looked over our problem. I was very happy with roto rooter when we needed a new water heater. They picked it up and installed it correcting some things that were done with the last one we had installed. Brought everything up to code and cleaned up and took away the old water heater. They came when I needed them and are available when you need them. We live in the Cincinnati area .

The first Monday of the year presented me with a sewer line back up. I called Roto-Rooter immediately. I’ve used them before (3 times over 20 years) and have always been pleased. Louis was right on time. He explained what he thought was going on and what he was going to do. I thought this issue was different based on prior experience. Of course, he was right & I was wrong! He was thorough and careful about the mess. Root-Rooter will be back with the camera and we go from there.

I just used them to open a clogged kitchen drain. The process was pain free and easy. On New Years day I scheduled an appointment for the next day on their website which included picking a 2 hour window for the work. We received a call during the window selected and told they were running behind. About an hour later we received a call to let us know a plumber was available and to confirm we still wanted service. We had a contractor at our house remodeling the bath. He said we needed someone to clean sediment out of pipes. When we called, rep said it d be up to 2 hrs. Within 5 mins., they called and said they d be here in 30 mins. The service was completed quickly, and though pricey, at least the contractor could keep working instead of missing a day. Thanks.

Very disappointing experience. Called Roto Rooter to clear out my bathroom sink and bathtub drains as they seem to get partially clogged on a somewhat regular basis. Thought that would be a fairly simple process but not so. As they were taking apart the pipes under the sink, they managed to break the pop-up assembly and thought it was appropriate to charge me for the part even though it was due to their carelessness. Thank you Chris Webster (1727)!!! My sewer-line backed up on Saturday morning and again on Sunday afternoon and Chris was on the job in less than an hour. He took his time and was very thorough and did not leave until the line was as clean as possible. He recommended I run a camera to determine the "root" cause and we indeed saw what was causing the back up. He determined what repairs were needed and pinpointed the exact locations for the repairs.
