I was very impressed with Roto- rooter. I got an appointment less than 2 hours after I called. The technician was very nice and helpful. It did not take very long, he was very professional, and even told me about a coupon to help me save some money. I will definetly recommend Roto-Rooter and will be calling again if I have any future problems.

Had a backup in the basement/garage. Called RotoRooter at 1pm and they had a plumber out at 330pm the same day! Both plumbers on site were friendly and willing to answer my questions about what they were doing and why. I even said I wanted a camera run down the drain and he said he will not recommend it or charge me for it until he augers the drain to get a better understanding of what the blockage is. We just bought a house several months back and had no idea we would have sewage problems. Our sewer backed up in our basement late on a Sunday evening and we called Roto-Rooter. They were at our house within an hour. Our technician Chris was professional and very efficient. You fixed my plumbing problem easy as 1 - 2 - 3: 1) Easy to make an appointment on-line for early Monday morning. 2) Got a call 35 minutes before Curtis arrived at my door. 3) Made it to work on time with problem fixed. Had a plumbing drain issue on Saturday morning in my home in Williamstown, Ky. I tried some of the local guys and none was able to help me at that time. They all told me they could be there 1st thing Monday. That was not going to work. I gave Rotor Rooter a call and they said they can have a tech onsite in a few hours. 4 Hours later Chris from the Cincinnati Rotor Rooter arrived. My name is Sherry Sargeant and I live in a Victorian home built in the 1800s. The pipes are most likely original, and very difficult at times. However I am very blessed as I have a home, clean water and plumbing. I am grateful to have challenges occasionally. Roto Rooter sent out Russell and his apprentice Jessi to work on diagnosing two plumbing challenges. We had a issue with our toilet and shower backing up and contacted Roto-Rooter. Duane Campbell showed up and took a look at what was the possible problem. He told us specifically what he had to do and gave a price that was reasonable and fair. Duane took care of what he was doing from wearing booties over his boots as it was very wet outside.
