Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2/29/2012 – Called Roto-rooters and Keith(4589), the plumber, came out the same day to our St. Louis home. I received a phone call that he was on his way. He was courteous and professional, explained what he was doing when fixing the toilet. He provided me with an explaination and all of the paperwork. I could not have been more pleased and would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/2/2012 – Our encounter with Roto-Rooter began when we bought a dishwasher from a national "big-box" home improvement store. Roto-Rooter was dispatched to do the installation. John arrived in the early part of the window that we were quoted, after calling to let us know that he was on his way. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Feb. 1 2012 – The Roto-Rooter plumber arrived at my St. Louis city residence within one hour of my telephone call. He explained the service, his service estimate was reasonable, and while he worked the Roto-Rooter plumber identified what had caused my clogged drain and he explained how to avoid future occurences. Roto-Rooter Plumbers Jan. 28, 2012 – This morning 7am I go to put a load of laundry, and what do I find, YES, my basement drain is not pretty! I contacted roto rooter at 7:15 and was put on the two hour window of 8-10 am. At 7:45, I recieve a call from Bruce and advised that my plumber Keith would be there in 30minutes. 10 minutes later, Roto-rooter truck is backing into my drive way. Roto-rooter Tub unclogging – I was totally unimpressed with Rotorooter. I called with a bathtub that would not drain. Keith came in and looked at the tub. Then I showed him the pipes in the basement. Before he even tried to unclog the drain, he was saying he didn't think it would work and started talking about getting a permit and replacing pipes. roto-rooter plumbers 1/20/12 – This was our first experience with needing a St. Louis plumber. We received excellent service. The service man arrived quickly and was very professional. Our sewer problem was solved in less than an hour. Hope we don't need them again but we will certainly feel confident to use Roto-rooter again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers (1/19/12) – I live in suburbs of St. Louis and called Roto-Rooter when my kitchen sink clogged. Roto-Rooter came out with in the hour of calling them. Andy, was the plumber who came out to unclog the sink and he couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He knew exactly what to do and got the job done fast. I'd highly recommend calling Roto-Rooter the next time you have any plumbing problems.
