They always do a great job. Professional, friendly, on time, and they always answer all my questions.
On a Sunday, called Roto-Rooter, and relayed to call center the problem. Within 5 minutes a service technician called me and said he would be here in 15-20 min. Was here and explained what he was going to do. Within an hour or less, the problem was solved and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Technician was very knowledgeable! Thanks

When I called to make an emergency appointment to have a drain unclogged, the customer service was exceptional and was set up to have a technician come out within the half hour. Travis showed up and was very knowledgeable, nice, and worked quickly. I appreciate the courtesy and will use Roto-Rooter again whenever necessary.

Alan Daugherty Was nothing Short of a miracle worker last night, we had an emergency "Train Lodging" into our drains from a daycare child flushing a Thomas train down! we are open late and he flew out to us very quickly and went above and beyond removing the toilet to get a snake and camera down and cleared the line for more valuable cargo..... sorry the train puns .... ether way he came out fast fixed it for our kids and the price was very reasonable for a midnight call!.
