I had an after hours call and they came right out. Not only did Alan clear the clog, he sent a camera down and showed us the problem and told us what to do to help avoid future problems. He also pointed out a potential problem and gave us a general idea as to how much it would cost to repair (it is a major issue). I will definitely use them again and will probably as if Alan Daugherty is available as he was excellent.
Word to the wise, when you do a remodel which involves plumbing, take the time and money to do the job right the first time. Although I didn't do this remodel, I paid the price for shoddy work. Travis Smith in Lincoln Nebraska, arrived on time, did a great job, fixing a problem that should never have happened. He explained and discussed the problem, gave me my options and he proceeded to do a great job.
Fast and friendly. Was able to provide helpful advice as well. Would use them again.
We had a roto rooter plumber out today to take care of some tree roots in our main drain. He was very helpful and thorough when explaining things. He worked quickly and efficiently! Highly recommended
Our hot water heater went out the night before. I called at 12 and they told me someone could come out and take a look between 2-4. Justin was on his way BEFORE 2, arrived at 2:10 and had it done by 2:40. IMPRESSIVE Now if only the cable guy could be that prompt and detailed.
I had a leaky faucet in my back yard, I liked the fact that it didn't take long since Travis knew what he was doing. He told me the cost right off and I like the fact that it didn't change after he told me. He was very polite and got right to it, he had all the parts that he needed and was done within twenty minutes.
They were able to come out right away in the morning after I called in the middle of the night. Greg was very nice and friendly and did a great job. I would have him come out again if I have a problem in the future.
My service technician, Alan Daugherty was very pleasant and courteous. He explained everything to me as he worked on fixing and resolving the issue with my kitchen sink backing up and draining slowly. This is the first time I had used Roto Rooter, I will definitely use them again (if needed) and recommend the company to others in need of Plumbing & Drain Service with great customer service!
Unfortunately I had to have someone from Roto-Rooter come out this evening to help fix a ginormous problem! Greg was here quickly and had things back up and running within the hour. He was very helpful and provided some education on how to keep things running a bit smoother and longer. Great service!
