The technician came to our house within an hour of our call and completed the work within an hour on two different drains! He was very friendly and efficient. He even offered to help carry my groceries! I highly recommend Roto-rooter, they are great!
Jason arrived 45 min after my call, he discovered a plastic lid, lodged in my pipes. He tried for some time w/o satisfaction. He decided to call a MASTER plumber, for advice, who suggested a different tip on the snake AND IT WORKED ! This saved me from having my concrete dug up & great expenses. They were able to get someone out to my house the same afternoon that I called. The service technician was friendly and efficient, and had our clogged lines cleared quickly. (He even went an extra step by fixing my sink sprayer that he noticed wasn't working well, at no extra charge.) And provided many helpful tips for future plumbing maintenance to keep the pipes clear.
Greg is always great to see and does excellent work. He keeps our system clear of tree roots and is very professional.

I had a clogged drain from my kitchen sink to the main line. Roto Rooter called before the technician would get there and they arrived as I was told. They were friendly and listened to me and then went about the work of clearing the drain. It was done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves. They also gave me information on how to avoid future clogs and weekly and monthly maintenance. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to anyone with a clog. They even gave me a senior discount!
