Recommendedservice techs are courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I booked appointment on Friday night online for Saturday. I got confirmation call for time, the techs showed up on time and rescued me from more ice cold showers. They also answered all my questions about replacing the old hot water heater.
They came out fast. Jeff our service technician was very knowledgeable about what he was doing and explained to me what was happening.
The technician they sent to unclog our sewer line was very professional and also very informative. Jason did a great job in a very timely manner. If I need service in the future I will definetly recommend Roto Rooter
Roto-Rooter made a n/c trip to assess my problem and gave me a couple suggestions which might help. They said if these suggestions did not solve the problem they could send out a supervisor for another assessment..I did make the second call to have the supervisor come out later and after discussing the situation w/ him we decided to replace the garbage disposal and under sink pipes to solve the sewer gas problem.The work was done right on time and efficiently and I was billed the quoted amount.The service tech was friendly a... read more
