I am staying with my son and his lovely wife, and I plugged the sink (garburator) very badly with potato peels, etc. All attempts by my son to unclog were futile, so we called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday and Greg showed up in no less than 15 minutes! Greg was very considerate, careful not to make any kind of mess and we chatted companionably while he did he worked. Loved our experience with Roto-Rooter! Our sump pump went out and thankfully we noticed before the basement flooded. It was after hours that we discovered our problem and Roto-Rooter allowed us to visit with the technician on call to try to trouble shoot before sending someone out. They fit us in first thing the next morning to replace our sump pump and even worked around an appointment I had. Great customer service and care! Replaced it quickly and was tidy in the process. Definitely recommend!
My main line was backing up and so I got on the Roto Rooter website to schedule an appointment. They called me within an hour to let me know what time they would be there. The technician was there within the time window and promptly started working to fix the problem. They were very courteous and helpful, suggesting ways we can help to prevent the problem in the future. I highly recommend them!!
Technician (Travis) came out today to look at a floor drain that was backing up. He not only knew what the problem was right away but also had several routes we could take to fix the problem. He was quick, efficient and fixed the problem in a minimal amount of time. I will call Roto rooter again if we need them!
Travis came was very knowledge and fast to unclog my sink and put in a new garbage disposable
