I really appreciated the time they put in to explain to me the problem and answer all my questions. They didn't push me to make a decision on how I wanted to proceed but allowed me to process the information. They were quick and efficient!

Wow, what a way to start the day...a sewer back up! When I called he person was so helpful in getting the earliest appointment possible. When Alan arrived, he was not only very professional but helpful with suggestions as to solving possible future issues. The service was excellent from the person on the phone to the actual service man. I had to Che get he appointment at the flexibility was great. Left everything very clean too. I will use Rotorooter again!!!
Very nice and friendly people to work with. Call at 7:30 and had plumber over at my house by 9:00. They fix problem and help us make decision for long term fixing and how to save us money. Diffidently will use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone.
I like using Roto-Rooter because I know they are capable and are available on weekends. I called at 10 am on Saturday and had a technician just before noon the same day. The technician (Alan) is very nice and is a capable individual. Afterwards the technician explains why the issue is occurring and how to permanently fix the issue. I would use Roto-Rooter again.
They were courteous,knowledgeable and provided good advice.
When I called to have a plumber come out the person that I talked to was so kind and it was very easy to set up an appointment! The next day Alan came over and he was very nice and informative as well. I just recently bought a house and didn't really have a clue how the plumbing worked and he taught me a few things and gave me some tips to remember in case of emergency. I will definitely be doing business with Roto Rooter again if I ever need plumbing work done!
