Technician Jeff arrived within the two hours and was very efficient and polite. I was very impressed.
The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my leaky faucets very quickly. However, he left some dirt sitting in the tub, I wish he would’ve cleaned up a little bit better. Also the labor rate of $200 for the service call seemed high.
