The stack in the basement has a leak, and on the day of the repair, the tech called and said he was tired and couldn't make it. I called the company, and when the dispatcher called back, I was told that they were short of staff, the tech was at the end of his shift, and I had to reschedule. I was told 3 times that they didn't have anyone to do the work and if I scheduled again, there's a possibility that I would have to be rescheduled. This was a horrible experience. It left me feeling as if they didn't want to do the work.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They sent out a technician who was unable to do the job and the manager did not follow through with what he told me on the phone.

This company is over charging their customers. This price gouging should be illegal. The first technician told us $800 for the visit but ended up charging us $1300 at the end of the visit to unclog a drain which he was unsuccessful to unclog he kindly send another person to access the drain which was a $ ***** job. still didn't fix our issue. ended up getting a different company to fix the issue. All in all Roto Rooter is not the company I would recommend or use again. Very dishonest and expensive.

I would give them a 0 but I had to put a 1. A month and a half ago they came turned off my water went to get a part never came back. All they had to do was **** it off so I could have water in other parts of the house but instead they charged me 300 and never came back

Called Roto Rooter to have a kitchen sink unclogged. The national representative gave a four hour window and said the plumber would price it and I could pay when they got there. 45 minutes before the window of time ended received a text that the plumber was available and it would take him 40 mins to arrive. Plumber calls and says he's 40 mins out and asked if I understood how they priced flat rate of 675 for this service. *** ******* ******** Church had a sewer line back up after Easter worship. Roto Rooter responded on a Sunday and determined the source of the problem was a busted pipe outside the building. The initial pipe replacement was completed. The excavation work that was completed after the pipe replacement was NOT done per contract. Instead of mounding the trench like the contract states they decided to run the tractor over the trench and pack the trench. Roto rooter has increased there prices dramatically and in order to keep there customers they offer a free camera check. I never got my free camera check.i had a technician unclog a sewer drain which also included a complimentary camera check. The technician came over and unclogged the sewer drain and he said to call for your complimentary camera check. They came to my home because the basement was backed up. They charged me 370 dollars and all they did was snake the drain. I called around and that was double the price. I will never use them. However the plumber was friendly.

Had clogged kitchen pipe. Techs from this company came twice and could not resolve the issue. Claimed I do not have right clean out and refused to use clean out at the basement. Still charged over $350, for not doing their job. This issue was fixed by Rooter-man company in 15 min through basement clean out for $250. Contacted company and provided receipt for resolved ussue, but they are refusing reverse chrarge. Absolutely do not recommend them. Very unprofessional. Not trustworthy. Go with Rooter-man instead.
