I had them come out for an emergency plumbing issue on Black Friday they said that I had a soft clog. It was a thousand that day to unclog the clog and run a camera. Then they had water mitigation come out they ran equipment in my house for 7 Days kept telling me that a project manager would come back out finally I said look you need to get somebody out here you guys have had these machines running for 7 days. Charged $300 to replace a $3.00 hose. And it leaks. They havent come back to fix it 24 hours later. Keep saying they will, but this is bad business 101. Obviously they could care less about their customers.

Said they would call back within an four an emergency drain stoppage and didn't. Then kept telling me they would call me back but never did. I used someone else, who did a fine job. And I left them a negative review for wasting a day of my time with my sewer backed up.They have called me almost every day for a week about the negative review, leaving messages, harassing me. They will charge you an exorbitant fee for an estimate, lie to you, and refuse to do the work as agreed. Please, go literally anywhere else. Do not give this company your money.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called to have someone look at my bathroom toilet after backing up. Spent well over $500 for them to snake it and 4 days later they had to come back out again. The second time they told me I have a belly and that it needed repaired along with new piping too. Gave me an estimate cost of $10,000. I had two other plumbers give me estimates and told me I dont have a problem and I dont have a belly. Very expensive. Have second thoughts after hiring them to fix the main water supply to my house. My fault as I should have shopped around. ****** learned. I would not recommend this company at all

I called Roto-Rooter in the past and they have given me horrible services because they fixed me something and broke within days. I called them out 3 times. I was willing to give it another try because I need something fixed. Today, I needed an emergency fixed for my meter and I spoke to a call the center person and they transferred me to another person to a lady who is rude to me and did not want to book my appointment. Water back-up due to tree root infiltration was experienced, RR came to service. Company practices do not inform customers that they will not have access to camera footage gathered during inspection of issue. I've been informed this requires separate payment. Customer support informed that it is not provided as to avoid customers taking the footage to competitors. Roto rooter came to open up a clogged sewer line. They sent 2 men and told me the sewer line under the house was collapsed and they would have to dig up my lawn to repair it . They gave me a quote of $6500. I called a different plumber & he opened the drain in less than 30 minutes, charging me $50.
