This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST. My toilet was backed up, $634.00 ****, which hasnt been resolved. Had to get tech come over remove my toilet and snake the toilet. Tells me cuz my home is older that I have cast iron and pvc pipes and thats reason I had stoppage issue. Tech did not replace wax ring and did not tighten up bolts. Toilet leaking now. Called 2nd tech. He replace wax ring but yet did not tighten up bolt so still leak. Called roto rooter a 3rd time as toilet is still backed up again and wants me to pay again. AB... read more

October 2021, I contacted **** for leaking water flowing in my front yard. **** determined it was the water service line that was leaking on my the property . It was my responsibility to have it repaired or replaced. After talking with my homeowners insurance agent I called Roto Rooter for a leaking water service line. This company is AWESOME! I called to have someone come look at my hot water heater that is leaking. Have had it for 16 years. We are aware it probably has to be replaced. Spoke with someone on the phone initially and scheduled appointment for Tuesday, July 12th but then went online to see if I could schedule an earlier appointment. COMPLETE RIP OFF...... this job at most should have been a $200 but I was charged $430 to clear a "flushable wipe" from our line, the guy literally snaked my bathtub drain, took 5 mins. Unreal! DO NOT CALL THEM!

If I could give them a negative stir I would worst company ever complete rip off. They were late. The guy went to lunch while waiting for him to fix the Fossett in the tub and then they went over $600 and I felt stuck it shouldn’t even been more than a $200 job if that And they refuse to work with me horrible horrible company and customer service

On June 29,2022, a Roto-rooter service man was called to install a hot water heater that we purchased. I am not complaining about the service or gentleman, my complaint is about his 870 dollar labor bill and it did not take him an hour to install unit.. He had to run to *****to purchase addition pipes but is it my fault he did not have then on his service truck. Total time actual hands on was less than an hour...total bill was $1,144.36. the lady being helped is on disability and complete deaf.. this was roto-rooter in *****... read more

I wish I could leave negative stars. I severely regret doing business with Roto Rooter. I hired them while in crisis. My sewer pipe had backed up and caused a flood in the basement. They overcharged me and the insurance company and neglected to catalogue my damaged property as agreed. As a result, I could not recoup from ********(whom I also don't recommend by the way) any money for my damaged property. I have never used a company and dealt with such professionalism and compassion for my situation! Jay, Jake & Abel went above and beyond and worked hours late to make sure I had my plumbing working for me and my children, even was telling their supervisors he would pay out of his own pocket if I couldn’t. I am very pleased and will never use another company! ******* **

After being told that a kitchen sink unclogging that had a flat rate of $545.00 for a job that could take up to 4-5 hours, the job took 30 minutes **** More like 25 minutes.,Tech snaked the drain and when I told him that price was very high for 25 minutes, he said flat price $545.00 I will absolutely never us them again. That's $1,000 per hour or more.He told me that trades like plumbing and HVAC work have had sky rocketing prices in the past several years. This is price gauging plan and simple.
