I honestly don't know how this company has remained in business. They charged me $625 per faucet to replace. Three faucets took less than three hours to replace - that's over $600/hour! The plumber also left a mess in my bathroom. The old faucets I had were leaky but they were less than three years old, so this was not a complicated or messy job. <p>MISLEADING INFORMATION BY A RR VIDEO TECHNICIAN ON SEWERLINE REPAIR We were told by a Roto Rooter video inspection technician, that the PVC, connected to the terracotta pipe was misaligned, the terracotta line would have to be trenched for 15 feet to level the pipe. Also we were told that the terracotta pipe was old and the joints were probably coming apart. He additionally advised that we should trench all the way to the sewer connection. Still have a basement floor drain backing up. First visit had a technician "clear out the main line". Had a "supervisor" come out and video scope and said the warranty on the drain back up was voided. Total Bait and Switch. Still had the floor drain back up later that day. Had a technician out today and said the backup wasn't in the main line so it wasn't covered by the warranty.

Dishonest! Charged me $4000 for water clean up. My insurance company paid them directly and Roto Rooter refused to issue me a refund.

Hired Roto Rooter to repair a sewage drain pipe in my house due to the pipe having a crack. Roto Rooter put a camera down the pipe and said that the pipe had become disconnected from the pipe on the exterior of the home which leads to the city waste water and had caused the crack. Was quoted $3,995.00 to "excavate and repair the separated pipe and reconnect past the cracked section with a new section of pipe. EXTREMELY disappointed in the time it took for them to repair the sewer drain problem I had. They started on Saturday Nov, 6th and finally finished on Thurs. Nov 18th. There was a day when no one showed up and the final bill was more than the price originally quoted. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had which incudes me missing a week of work, NO ONE should ever use this company again!!!

Roto Rooter cincinnati is by far the worst at resolving. Had a sewer line clog and waited 6 days and took off work for no one to even call or show up for the 3-5 appt time just to run a camera to diagnose the problem. Was told he went home at 5pm and will come Monday. What a horrible company to leave customers out on a limb. Reported them to local ******* *doesn't that stink, hope they put my info on the news letting customers know DOSENT THAT STINK and go elsewhere like Help plumbing or a local person.

Our basement has started to have a sewage smell which is extending up into the main level of our home. They first came out and jetted our pipes and said that should solve the issue. Smell came back the next day, we now have been cancelled on 4 appointments in a row! Horrible company with horrible customer service.
