Get directionsHorrible. I had an appointment for Wed between 5:30 and 9:30 that they rescheduled for Friday between 5:00 and 8:00 that they rescheduled for Saturday between 10:00 and 12:00. I called at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 and the first three times they said they were running late and the last time they claimed they called me at 6:00, when I was on the phone with them, and when I didn't answer they went on to the next job.

I had water damage in kitchen..my faucet was leaking and I had standing water under the sink. The water restoration people came out. The seemed like the cared...i was told they were worried about mold..i was told by the supervisor that he would come out and check on the progress of my cabinets being dried out. Roto-Rooter would come between 12 & 4 the following day. They ran late, arriving after 4pm. Could only work through the toilet by removing it and the Charge would be $869. I would not accept and told him to cancel. After a phone conservation with manager they accepted $500. I not knowing normal charges and really needing it fixed ok'd this. User BEWARE. I called this company for a backed up kitchen drain. The blockage was not in my P-trap and I was not able to clear it with my small drain snake. They told me that they couldn’t provide me with a price to clear it, but the service call would be $70 and their Tech would give me a price once he arrived. The price, $459.00, for a ten minute job. They are very unprofessional..they like to take advantage of senior citizens and disabled veterans. This company needs ****down. I am filing a class action law suit against this company. If anyone wants to join let me know..they cut my carpet in places that may not be able to fix and said..that's not our responsibility..I'm digging deeper into this company..I think they are very shady..I have family in politics and I have worked in law enforcement many years. Had an appointment between 10 am and 1 pm. First call came in at 12:30 am that they are running late. After that every few hours they would call to tell me they were running late. They had me waiting all day and all night. Went to bed at 10:30pm with no one showing up. Never again. Be smart...dont waste your time.

This is for the ******, AL location. On January 18, 2022, we had sewage come through our downstairs toilet and tub. We called your company for the issue. We spent $4 to $5k on a grinder we purchased from your company about 4 years ago. It only made sense to call roto rooter. Chase came out and stayed for less than 10mins. I contacted my local Roto Rooter (***********) for a clogged kitchen drain on Sunday, January 30. I fully expected a surcharge because it was a weekend but when the plumber got to my home, he immediately quoted $550(!). When I balked, he lowered it to $450 right away which was still too much. He asked me how much I was willing to pay and, being put on the spot, I said $200.
