Frank - Quick & Friendly – Not everyone would be nice on Christmas - but Frank did a fine job. He had my main line unclogged & open very quickly. It was dark, and cold - but he was willing to explain each question I asked with patience. I forgot all about their $40 coupon.....but the service was worth the cost - and if I understand correctly, ther will be a follow up with a camera @ no charge to see if I need more extensive work to avoid future problems. SAVED MY CHRISTMAS!!! – I am very grateful for the wonderful man (Frank) that came to our rescue at almost 10pm on Christmas night. There were very few places that would even consider coming to help us, let alone at no extra charge. In under an hour he had everything working wonderfully again! THANK YOU SANTA FRANK!!!!

Indianapolis Plumber Needed - Call Roto Rooter – I was in need of a plumber in the Indianapolis area so I called Roto-Rooter because I knew they would be able to be there quickly. The price was a little higher than I expected, but the plumber was very nice and helpful and gave good advice. He was done within an hour so I think it may be worth the extra bit of money. Quick, Friendly and Helpful – Roto-Rooter Indianapolis came out within 2 hours of my online appt request. They called ahead as promised and were on time. The plumber was very helpful and not only fixed our leak quickly and cleaned up after himself but he also gave us a tip on preventing an overflow problem we'd been having. Will definitely use again if we are in need of a plumber!

Great service! – Roto-Rooter Indianapolis came to my home exactly on time with our set appointment. Within 30 minute, our Plumber, frank, had my pipes and drains open and running smoothly. He was very nice and cleaned up after himself. He gave me tips on how to prevent future problems, and even brought to my attention a problem with our water heater. Thanks Frank, I definitely will recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and neighbors.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – Frank my plumber from Roto-Rooter of Indianapolis, came on time and did a wonderful job. I had a clog that I thought I could get cleared myself but sometimes you just need to call a pro. Frank came on time, he was clean, fast and was open to showing me what the issue was and how he fixed it now and in the future.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers – Today we woke up and had some issues with our toilets and drains. Of course, we went to the web and began searching for a plumber. We read several good reviews of Roto-Rooter, so we gave them a call. Frank, our plumber, did a great job. He arrived quickly (within an hour of us first calling) and got the job done efficiently. True Professionals – I am very pleased with the service I received from Roto-Rooter today. I contacted them to price a repair to the broken water line running to my house. We had been without water service for 24 hours, and I was put off by the lack of urgency from other contractors we contacted for a quote. Luckily, my neighbor recommended Roto-Rooter.
