Fela (#885) was very courteous and professional, and he kept the yucky stuff in the basement rather than tracking it all over the main floor. (Our sewage ejector pump "crapped out," haha.) The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because he didn't have the right size pipe in his truck and had to go back to the office to pick up that part. However, he did a very thorough job. Very pleased!
We needed some service done on our water heater. Within 25 minutes of placing our order there was someone at our door! The service man assessed the problem,and then gave me an estimate of what he thought it would cost. He had the problem solved in a very timely manner. I then remembered that I had another plumbing issue and he was able to make that repair as well! The service man was polite, considerate(wearing shoe covers in my house) and cleaned up after his work. Over all, we are very happy with our service today!
I am a business owner that has to subcontract some work out. I've used Roto Rooter on many occasions. Typically, phone communication is good, although showing up on time can be a hassle. Most technicians are knowledgable and get the job done. Price is moderate to high. Price is negotiable (each technician can alter pricing as they are part of their pay is commission based). Despite the small hassles hear and there, they have always shown up same day, even when late. Service is according to code and would pass home inspection... read more
We had a horrible clog between the kitchen sink and laundry drain. I'd had my brother who is a contractor and his boss come and snake most of the drains on Monday. Well here it is Wednesday and it all started flooding again. I called and they had a crew here in under an hour. Fela and Khuma were very nice and fixed my problem. I thought the fee was very reasonable and I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I have any plumbing problems!
Roto rooter came out today to fixmy kitchen sink clog, when they came they were polite and worked quickly. They in clogged the drain in less than 30min. Very satisfied with the services they provided

We were having an issue with a clogged garbage disposal that was causing problems with our dishwasher as well. Van, our technician arrived with 45 minutes as promised and was very professional! He took care of the problem promptly and was clean in his work as well. I am more than pleased with the service and would definitely use them again! Thanks
