Three visits, two days, and a dozen calls later I cannot use water and Roto Rooter won't honor their quote to fix the issue. Story time: Yesterday around 1 pm EST we noticed that all plumbing and water was backing up into our laundry room, flooding it with feces and disgusting water. Oh my goodness! If you ever have a little plumbing faux pas such as (oh, I don't know) flushing a Clorox Wand head down the toilet, make to to call Roto Rooter and ask for Eddie Garcia (Technician #1175) right away! He's quick! He came in and explained what needed to be done, then, upon approval, got it done so fast that it made my head spin. I'm still freaked out by it. Extremely prompt and efficient. Chawng was our technician. Was polite and efficient, explaining everything in advance. Would definitely call them again and recommend to others!
I was very impressed with Kyle (4334) when he came out to unclog a sink for me. He was able to come out and get the job completed even before my scheduled appointment time on a Saturday. It wasn't a big job, but he was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing, and showed me the before and after of the affected pipe. He also gave me good advice on what things to avoid putting in the garbage disposal! I wouldn't hesitate to call Roto Rooter again, if needed.
Thanks to Smitty for taking care of my sink drain problem. He was very friendly and took care not to track anything in the house. He got the job done very quickly. And away go troubles down the drain🎶
