Recommendedi had a leak in my toilet a man by the name of justin fixed it he was very polite and answered all my questions i was very thankfull for him coming and fixing it he was a very competent employee thank you
Quick and thorough service. Found the issue and told me upfront what the charges will be. Also called their partners in water damage restoration to come and look at it and no I am just waiting for my insurance and I will be calling them! Great Work!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. What an absolutely terrible experience. I've been waiting 48 hours just to get someone to my house, still haven't shown up. Couldn't get anyone on the phone. Possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
Had a main line backup and a secondary backup in my basement. Kris came out and handled them both quickly and effectively. Really appreciate the help and low cost on the job. Thanks!
I am so disgusted by the hold recording you get when waiting for a Customer Service representative. They basically promise GREAT service but don't tend to stand by that. I have been in customer service for 20+ years and I am thankful to say I work for companies that care more about their customers. Not even 60 days later and I have the same issues. They were very prompt. At most it was 30 minutes from the time I made the appointment until Jeff, the plumber, came. He did a great job fixing the problem with my sink and cleaned up after.
My experience with Roto-Rooter was excellent. I called and Jeff was there within an hour. We had snaked the drain several times without success, it had to be augered. Jeff was very courteous and cleaned up after. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to my friends and family.
Due to weather it was a very long wait (which i understand due to the weather) but the dispatchers was completely rude. The tech Jeff J (3069) was awesome. Answered any questions I had, and he is the one that came back out the second time also and helped try to figure out our situation. I give a 5 star because of the tech, but would totally not even give a star at all for the dispatchers that answer the phone calls. Very rude. I was very happy with Jeff. He was very friendly and did a great job on the coldest day in Indy in years. I needed my drain snaked and he was very efficient. I also want to point out that I called a competitor first and got nothing but run around about when they would be here and how much it would cost. Jeff and Roto Rooter were very upfront about the time and cost. I will definitely make them my first choice next time and recommend them to my friends.
