We woke up this morning to find our sub pump alarm going off and a leaking check valve. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out that same day. They were punctual and gave us a 30 minute courtesy call to let us know when their plumber would arrive. The prior owners of our home had done some "unique" things in setting up the sub pump. So, not only did Roto-Rooter fix the valve and replace the sub pump, they improved the situation tremendously. They were professional and courtesy. I would definitely use them again. Rotor Rooter was able to help me on a Sunday when nobody else could. They were prompt and were able to solve the issues that we were having. I would definitely use them again. In the Indianapolis IN area. 6809 Hillsdale Court office. They came out the next day and inspected the pipes with a camera and explained in detail what was going on and how to fix the issue. My family woke on Saturday the 28th to water dripping from the bottom of our water heater. We called Roto Rooter and were slotted into the afternoon appointments for that day. We had some delays at prior clients, but we were always kept informed with time frames and assurances that it would be done today. Matt Thomas arrived at 8pm and worked until 10:30pm to get us up and running. I had the unfortuante luck of having to shut down my household water supply and call for service on Christmas Day with guests in the house. I accept that Roto-Rooter is priced a bit higher than my local plumber but was willing to pay because it was the Christmas holiday, it was an emergency, my local plumber was not available and the website said there was no extra charge for service calls on holidays. Called at 3:00 on Saturday and they were there at 5:30, exactly when they said they would arrive. The technician rooted out our sewer line, and was done in an hour. They were terrific and I will use them again.

They were just at my home in Noblesville, IN. Two days before Christmas and they were here within an hour of our call. Project Manager called to tell us when the technician was on his way. Two guys showed up which helped them finish the job quicker. Their prices were very competitive for the time of year and actually half of the previous plumber we called. I set up an appointment online. The convenience of being able to do that was great. We were called to let us know when the technician was on his way. Two very friendly gentleman showed up. They went right to work. They were mindful of keeping our floors and carpets clean by wearing booties and wiping down the equipment they brought in my home. I thought the price was very competitive especially seeing as it was an evening appointment right before the holidays.
