I am always pleased with the service I receive from Roto-Rooter technicians, but Kyle Wiening and Ron Webster did a tremendous job. They were both extremely knowledgeable, proficient, and had great customer service. They went above and beyond to help with a very complicated issue last Saturday and were absolute Godsends. I can't say enough about these two!
Both men, Matt Cane and Jarrett Heinz were very professional. Both men did a great job and Jarrett Heintz was friendly, smart and very competent. Matt Cane did a thorough job also. We would consult them again anytime and refer them to everyone.
Excellent emergency service
I called Roto Rooter for a clogged drain. I made the appointment online last night and they came around noon today. The technician was a very nice man named Kyle. He was professional and courteous and worked quickly to resolve the problem. I am a widow on social security so I very much appreciated the online discount. I am very pleased with Kyle's work and will call Roto Rooter again for any plumbing concerns in the future. Thank you!
Matt Kane and Arnold Hunn were able to solve the problem with the drain pipe quickly and were very responsible. Appreciated their knowledge and help very much. Excellent!
Had a sewer drain pipe issue - Arnold H. was excellent in diagnosing and explaining the issue and what needed to be replaced. He has a very calm demeanor and is very good speaking with customers and educating as well. Just a tad disappointed we couldn't do the paperwork same day as service but he was able to get a crew there the very next day. He was very good at followup and keeping me informed of status. Price a bit high but they do a great job and everything is done the way it should be. I would recommend Roto-Rooter!
My water heater sprung a leak into my crawl space, Roto-Rooter was a great help. The plumber, Vala, did a great job, had to work in a very small space but completed the job with a smile. Thanks for all the help guys!
