Both manager and technician are very professional. Manager called me back to verify details and alerted about the arrival time. Dave C is one of the best professionals I have met. He diagnosed the problem immediately about my clogged kitchen sink, and got it fix the right way with the pro-tools and experience. He also provided a lot of tips and suggestion around the house plumbing. Though the price is high, it worth the trouble and they do have warranty. Roto-rooter came out 10/05/13, weekend. They were here fixed my drain and cleaned up the mess. I was satisfied with the work and the person. The prices are a little high. Other than that I was happy.

I called roto rooter and they scheduled a visit and were at my house one hour later. I was amazed how quick they were out and ready to fix my drain. The technician was extremely nice and helpful. He fixed my problem with ease and then he wanted to check my bathroom to see if everything was working properly. He gave me very helpful tips about how to keep my drains clear and basic upkeep tricks. His name was Dave Bruce and i would recommend him to everyone. He was the best. - Trent Perry

I called Roto-Rooter located on 6809 Hillsdale Court at 11:15 a.m. due to my kitchen sink and washer overflowing. The gentleman arrived at 12:30 p.m. He was very professional and friendly. I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and he assured me it was not a big issue. He did his magic and my problem was solved. I was very pleased with the service and the professionalism of the Service Technician. IF, I ever have an issue in the future, I will be sure to contact Roto-Rooter on Hillsdale Court.

I called Roto-Rooter first thing after the long Labor Day weekend, and a technician was out to my house before 9 AM the same morning. The friendly service and knowledgeable technician made my experience one worth sharing. My backed up waste line was unclogged and cleaned within a couple of hours. I had the unfortunate experience of having my toilet overflow over the weekend. I called Roto-Rooter's emergency number and customer service representative I got was excellent. She was very sympathetic to my situation and very understanding. She informed me of how they would come out to assess my situation for free and then give me a price. If I didn't like the price I was able to decline service and the assessment would be of no cost to me. The online service call is such a simple process, that it was so simple I called in to make sure I actually got a service call scheduled. Yes everything was scheduled. The technician came in promptly and was friendly and very clean, making sure everything he brings in, and brings out are protected. He even wiped down any splashes with a spray and rag.

Artie returned after he had given me an estimate to clear out my outside sewer line to the street. Success it became I feel very good that he got the job done. Must of been his prayers and mines as well. Thank God and thank you roto rooted.
