Roto-Rooter was quick (came to our house after-hours within 45 min of our call!) and efficient (service for sump pump replacement and water extraction performed same-day and check-ins at regularly scheduled and communicated times after). Their technicians were friendly and we felt comfort knowing they were taking excellent care of us. We would highly recommend them
5 PM Friday, Kyle came out and worked for over an hour to clear roots and debris and sludge out of the main drain. He cleared the pipes and stopped the sewage water from pouring into the basement. The technician that finally showed up did his job well. My concern is with the rest of the company. Someone came out Sunday night to do the initial estimate. Told us he would call us in the morning to let us know when he could come back out. I took a day off work last minute so this could get done. We received no call by 10am, so I called in and was told by their dispatch that they would contact him and someone would call me back in 30 minutes. Hour later, no call back. Worst company ever!! Had a slow flow in my line, guy came out later then originally was quoted. He ran the snake through my line then said it was clear..said he would run it again one more time just to make sure all was well then said his snake got "stuck". Said we must have a pipe collapse. Sent another guy out with a camera that said he couldn't see anything because all he could see was water. Gave me a $10,000 quote to dig up my driveway and Lawn to get the pipe fixed and then said they would have to report my "collapse" ... read more
Open on a holiday weekend. Service center gave us an arrival time for Tech (Kyle) from 8am until 12pm. Tech was great & communicated with us; but did not arrive until after 1pm.
I had to have a sewer pump replaced in my basement last Saturday, They responded within about 3 hours and were pretty quick recognizing the problem.The guy told me he would have to go back to the office on 116 St. because he didn't have the pipe he needed. The office was only 10 minutes away and he was gone for almost 2 hours. My daughter had to call the office to see if he was coming back.
