I traded in 2 vehicles for a new Ram 1500, and Rothrock made the whole process as painless as possible. Brendan Kelly was there to help me the whole way, and was outstanding. Skylar, my good friend from high school, helped me pick the 2016 Ram Big Horn I wanted back in August. I was in and out in a very reasonable time and paid the price I wanted! Still very happy with my truck. Go to Skylar if you go to Rothrock!
After bringing my car in for service and finding out that it was going to basically become a financial burden I was walked over to the sales side as requested and we spoke with the manager who got me to a table. Then Jose came over and worked with me for about 5 hours and got me in the best car I afford while taking into consideration my need for a bigger car to accommodate my 3 larger dogs, my price point, and my work commute. I left with a 2013 rogue that looks brand new and I couldn't be happier!
We had a great experience from the time we walked into the showroom to the moment when we drove away with our new car six hours later. We didn't spend the entire time at the dealership. We took two hours to have a break and discuss the various options with which we were presented. Professionalism from start to finish!
Buyer beware, in 2013 we purchased a 2010 dodge Dakota and an extended warranty. Fast forward to 2016 and our first major issue with the truck. We took it to our local dealership, only to be told that our warranty had expired. We came to find that the 6 year warranty, was back dated to the manufacture date of the vehicle. Yeah so we paid for a six year warranty that was in effect three years before we even owned the vehicle. Took our car in for evaluation of a recall item. Although it took some time they checked out the car & left us know the results. I gave this 4 stars because my husband asked if my headlights can be adjusted because they are not shining out far enough. The technician could not answer the question. I was happy/surprised that they washed my car. Walt Schlener our Service Advisor was extremely helpful with the process.
