Bought a car from them in November but I can't drive it because the temporary registration I was given expired in February, the new one was never sent out, and every time I call for help the person I speak to either "doesn't have the information available" or they're "too busy."
Excellent follow through on a customer service complaint that was not their fault. They handled it very professionally. Exactly what you should expect for quality customer service.
