2.5 hours for a state inspection?! I used to work in a car dealerships service dept, so I know how ridiculous this is. I specifically made an appt to wait with my vehicle, because I had plans for a certain time. I completely missed those plans. Why offer wait appointments, if you can’t do things in a reasonable wait time? People with appts to wait should be done on time, and those that come in without an appt should be the ones having to wait for an open moment. Fantastic customer service! Husband and I brought in his challenger to get the back tires changed. Everyone was extremely nice, they got the car in right away and even washed it for us. Would definitely go back!
