Big fan of Mario and the service team at Rothrock. I was in town visiting from Virginia and my Wrangler died. Had it towed to Rothrock service late Saturday afternoon. Mario had my jeep off the tow truck and had me back on the road in about 30 minutes (dead battery), despite the fact that it was near closing. This was definitely a relief as other shops were telling me they wouldn't be able to even look at it until Monday...not ideal being 200 miles from home and headed back the next day. This was my 5th or 6th car purchase from a dealer and the first one from Rothrock. I have never had a more relaxed and informed experience in my life. My sales guy was Nate, and omg, he was fantastic. He effortlessly went through every single function of my pathfinder like he had built it himself. Ian in finance was also amazing. My salesman was Justin Hydro. He took excellent care of me in finding the vehicle I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable & helpful & took his time in explaining everything.
We have been looking for a car for a while now and although we didn't find what we were looking for, Justin tried very hard to find "our" car. Thank you for your time Justin and if your in the position of needing a car stop in at Rothrock and ask for Justin he will take good care of you.

This is my favorite car dealership. I have purchaced 3 cars from here. Recently I purchased a 2018 Nissan Murano. Im happy to say I am very pleased with my purchase. Kevin Buscemi the Nissan manager went out of his way to make me happy and seal the deal. Jessie Patterson, my salesmen, was very knowledgeable and kind. Just picked up a new 2018 Jeep Wrangler. What a great vehicle, and great new features. I had a great experience with everyone at Rothrock. Spence who was my salesperson was OUTSTANDING. I normally don't give out 5 stars but in this case they absolutely deserve it!!! Spoke with one of the sales rep (Wilson) over the phone and after 5 minutes of negotiation a deal was struck. Actually it was a great deal!! enough to make me drive an hour and a half. Spoke again over the phone for pick up and the rest is history!! Highly recommend them!!
