Terrible experience! They refused to honor the online listed price and tried to tell me the bonus cash is figured into the online price (which it isn't). When I said I was leaving after waiting over an hour and half for my terrible salesman to come back with numbers...because he was too busy shooting the shit at the desk (I walked up there a couple times, that's how I know that, plus you could hear him laughing) gave me all kinds of bull about my trade and pricing that was different than the sticker price! Was working with a Nissan salesman. We agreed on a price for a new car thru email, that he told me he cleared with his manager. When I asked him to send a buyers aggrement to my bank they suddenly changed the price buy over $3000.00! Seems like they lied just to get my husband and I to come down there. Very underhanded if you ask me.
My father went in for a vehicle and got such a great car, I decided to take a look for myself! Ended up with an awesome vehicle with low miles and a great warranty. Jose was our salesman and was extremely helpful in helping me find my perfect ride.
This is the third car I have purchased with "Doc" he works with you and care about you after the sale. He reached out to us several times to see how we are doing and if we are/we're still satisfied with our purchases. That extra touch has kept me coming back. Thanks again Doc for getting me into my new ride.
