Initially, received good service in leasing Rogue Sport. However 77 days afterwards, when Collection Agency called I discovered my acct with NMAC was in arrears. Buyer beware, Rothrock Acct Dept., apparently delayed payment for my former lease, over $6,000. What else should I think? Dealing with NMAC initially no better: your responsible, not the dealer! Eventually, after six phone calls, to Dealership, NMAC and CCB Credit Services, I received proof that Dealership did in fact send a check, albeit, 76 days AFTER my purchase ... read more
My grandmother and I got our cars there. Chris was very helpful and found perfect cars for us. Highly recommend, great service.
Although I had an enjoyable experience purchasing my vehicle the service I have received after has been terrible. My jeep has a leaking window lining since i purchased the car. the first service appointment they did not fix the issue. When I brought the car back a second time to get it fixed the "window specialist" threw some sloppy sealant over the issue instead of actually fixing the problem. I am highly disappointed and would encourage anyone to service their car at another dealership.
Great service with great people. I decided to take the plunge into leasing my first car with these guys! Tony Test Drive definitely helped me find the right car and the right fit for me. I highly suggest taking time out to stop by if your thinking of leasing or financing a car!
