DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE - customer service is horrible, no one ever calls back or follows thru, finance department is shady, and lies about dates and numbers, and on top of that, there is what seems to be a lot of employee turnover, which leads to many things falling through the cracks. Needless to say, I bought a car here April 1st, and calls/emails have still not been returned.
First thing first the lady who answered the phone in the service center not professional. Called about getting my car looked at. I'm pretty sure my transmission is going and I know that Nissan has problems with there 2013 Pathfinders. What I don't understand is why I should have to pay for them to diagnose the problem if it is a knowned fact through a class action lawsuit that there transmissions are defective, that is why they gave out transmission CVT warranty extensions. Thanks to Jose Baret for another great car buying experience, this time for my daughter's first car purchase. We were not able to get there until 7:15 pm but I had emailed Jose ahead of time and he was ready and waiting for us with some cars in mind. Jose and Rothrock have been great to work with and this is the 4th car we have purchased there.
I loved the sales man, however the service afterwards was horrible because they told me something that was not true, then they didn't explain to me exactly what I was paying for now I'm back to finish something that can take 10 minutes and I have to wait one hour ... will not be back here
All I can say is WOW--& thank you. Jessie & Vince, thank you for putting me in my first BRAND NEW car. I am overwhelmed with joy, from the moment we walked in to the moment I drove off, I could not be more grateful. I had a great experience!!!!! �
It impossible to get through when making a phone call. I bought my car there new and there's a reason I hate using your service dept. 2 frigging days tried calling to just speak to someone in service and calls gets routed to wrong department or never answer damn phone. Ridiculous! I'll never go back to your service Dept. I can't even get through to find out how much I have to pay or your receptionist doesn't know what's the latest time I can pick up my car and pay.
