I purchased my Jeep at Rothrock in August. I returned today for my second oil change. Both times I was greeted by Walt in Service. What a delight! He is always very friendly, personable, and willing to answer any questions I have. I will gladly return to Rothrock for all my service needs!!
Been a long time customer , Walt Schlener is the service writer I always use , always takes his time explaining all that will be done to the vehicle , always satisfied with work and the time taken to get it back to me as soon as possible , wouldn't hesitate to buy my next vehicle at Rothrock knowing the people after the sale will be taking care of all my needs in a timely and professional manner .
Do your homework. Seems like bait and switch is prominent here. Emailed repeatedly about a Jeep that was a steal. It's still on their inventory list. Asked a couple of simple questions in the email. All I got was phone calls saying call us back at you earliest convenience. Emailed owner and finally got response from used manager. Asked him the same questions. Only because 1 star is the lowest I can select. Stood at sales and lots of staff walked by without even acknowledging we existed. Moved to the main desk in sales and understand they were busy with paperwork but couldn't even say hi or say someone would be with you when standing right at the counter. Off to somewhere else it is.
