Bought a 2014 Maxima did not have fog lights so I got them with the deal. Set up appointment to have them put in. They ordered the wrong ones!!!! Had to pay for rental car. They ordered the right ones but I said I would not pay for another rental car as it was there mistake. 1 month gone by got a message to bring car in on a Saturday to do, this was on Friday before. I had my Town & Country towed here yesterday morning. I've not gotten any status on its condition yet. I bought it there. No offer of a loaner vehicle. Maybe they're really really busy and I'll get unexpected service yet. What do you think?

Nissan -Horrible service the person i spoke to was an obvious liar nothing got done until i said i wanted to talk to corporate offices. They took way too long to get back to me when i called and left a message. I will never deal with them again also will tell others never to go there. Horrible customer service.
Stay away, they have the worst customer service. My boyfriend took a car in on a Friday and didn't get it back to Thursday. Almost a week? The guy he talked too was very rude and didn't have any customer service skills.
I went to Rothrock to get my Dodge fixed and they were very thorough and I needed someone 2 look over everything because I have not had good experiences anywhere else. Most places just want to hurry and get me in and get me out and fix only what I'm asking them to check. The service manager Rex and Shannon and other employees that worked on my car were very nice even when I was my usual stubborn self.
Raul was an excellent sales person. He made the whole car buying process fun!! Also the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I love my new Dodge Dart GT. a special thanks to the whole Rothrock crew for helping me find my perfect car! I will definitely recommend your dealership to my friends. And look forward to buying more cars from Rothrock in years to come.
