Tried for a week and a half to contact Service Department to have my Truck serviced. I went on line and filled out the form and emailed it in. No response. Call several times and left messages and what I needed, no response. Finally someone called me back.
I've leased/purchased my last five cars from Rothrock and get all my service done there. They are top-notch! Always service with a smile.

"We are pleased to provide you with a first class experience" First class is certainly not how I would describe my experience with the service department today. I arrived at 8:55am for a 9:15am appointment. I noticed at 10am my car had still not been moved from where I parked. After talking with a member of staff it was put "next in line", which apparently still took another 25 minutes. At 11:45am I finally was told my car was finished. My time spent at your dealership was just short of 3 hours for a service and inspection. ... read more
I went in for my first service at 12:20, thinking it would be a 30 to 40 minute oil change.....2 and 1/2 hours later.....it's good I'm a patient person....lesson learned....there is no such thing as express service and it doesn't matter it said customer waiting on the repair order.
I will never do business with Rothrock again in any capacity. Went in for an oil change and have them check a slow leak on a tire. They say it isn't fixable and I need a new tire. I'm quoted at $135 I okay it and watch them change it out after the new tire is on I'm told it'll be $175 and that's a discount because they didn't have the other tire and I should take it since it's on the car already. Their service department is absolutely terrible. Had an issue with my Jeep and put in requests for service with detailed information with what was going on. 2 weeks later and after two calls back to them they still haven't reached out for appointment. When I first got the vehicle the tech left the nut to the oil pan loose causing leaking into the pan that they tried to say was me. Sales department is average at best and don't trust them for honest work.
