What a waste of a day 7/2/16. Lamar the sales manager completely wasted my time. If we agree to 72 month deal that's what I expect. Don't try to sneak in a extra 3 months. We agreed on 72 months not 75 months.
This is my third purchase from Rothrock! I love all the staff. I have worked with Doc on my last two purchases. He greeted me with a hug and remembered me and my boys from my last visit. They do not pressure me and always ask what I am comfortable with. I will be back in a few months to make another purchase. You guys Rock...at Rothrock!
Horrible Nissan dealership. The worst experience ever at a car dealership, pure waste of time. I went to purchase a brand new 2016 I was told they would price check any vehicle from a Nissan dealership. They did not and lied to me. Instead I went to Nissan Faulkner in Jenkintown Pa. They handle business firmly sand very kind. Got my 2016 maxima for $28,359. Rothrock wanted $34,000 and would not budge. Haha suckers
I need a phone call from Mr.Rothrock to help me answer questions on my transmission. I have reached out to Service Manager several times and he does not return my calls. He has my phone number. Called again yesterday and still no return phone callZ
To begin with I would not even give 1 star. My husband took off of work to take our Nissan over for service because of "Check Engine Light" was on. Had an appointment for 8:00 AM and we were told it would be about 1 to 2 hours. My husband decided to wait. WELL AFTER OVER 7 HOURS, MY HUSBAND IS STILL SITTING IN THE SERVICE AREA WITHOUT EATING ANYTHING AND NO CAR. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have purchased my vehicles here for years and had great experiences until recently. The service department has gone downhill! The woman in the collision center is beyond rude! I would't bring my truck to be repaired for free at this point. Daku's Auto Body has come to my rescue. We are planning to purchase two new vehicles in the next year and I will not be going to Rothrock. Done with this place!!!
Do yourself favor and go elsewhere to buy a car. This place has no customer service skills what so ever. Plenty of car dealerships want business to deal with this place.
