great customer service – I had an amazing experience and will return I love how they make you feel. Kathy did an excellent job and i love the spa experience hair wash. All the staff seemed very friendly and make you feel welcome.
New Look – I had been thinking of getting a "bob" for over a year, but I hadn't quite found a stylist who I felt confident knew what I was looking for, that is until I met Mary Anne. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and went from there. She is an experienced professional. As for the salon itself, it's very chic and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Great Highlights! – Finally I found a salon that I loved starting from the welcome I received from the moment I walked in to the final look that I loved and went beyond what I had asked for. I had a stylist named Chemo who made great suggestions to what would look best on me. Rockstar Colorist!!! – I love Urban Roots and Rosey! I found them on Citysearch about a year ago and have never been disappointed. I'm not ashamed to admit that I'm super picky about my highlights and Rosey has really done an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I just recently decided to go full-on blonde and WOW! THEY BUY THEIR REVIEWS - WALKED IN WITH HEATHLY HAIR, CAME OUT WITH OVER-PROCESSED EXTREMELY DAMAGED HAIR! – One of the main reasons for great reviews is because they offer a free deep conditioning FOR A REVIEW ON city search. Beutiful Highlights – I am impressed with the Urban Roots professional coloring-specially highlights. Chemo Reynoso did these blonde highlights on my hair,and styles my hair beatifuly.
