Great Customer Service – The service at Urban Root Salon was excellent because I was a first time customer I got my hair conditioned. I also loved how my stylist cut my hair, he did an great job.

Customer service is the best – I originally tried Urban Roots because I was frustrated with another Downey salon's customer service. What a difference! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful, as well as professional. My stylist Mary Anne is the best! I like to change my hair often, and she always has great suggestions for cut and color...and I have never been disappointed. I'm so glad I "discovered" Urban Roots!

PERFECT! – I Visited the salon for the first time last night. Needed some MAJOR help. Of course I am very pickey with my hair and was nervous about trying a new salon/stylist. When I arrived I was welcomed by Brian (the best receptionist I ever met) excellent customer service! My appt. was with Rosey, we talked for a bit, I explained she listened. Had a perfect haicut and most important the best color. I left feeling much better! And would definetely go back!

Great Salon...zero attitude – Recently went to this salon as my hairdressor switched shops and I can say it was a great decision. This place is run like a tight ship. Friendly greeters who offer your beverages and snacks as soon as you walk in...good music playing...timely service....urban decor and a great vibe all offered at a great price. Even their appointment system is top notch! This is my new salon!

BEST SALON EVER!!! – THIS SALON IS THE BEST!! NICEST STAFF THAT I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS AND ROSIE IS THE BEST AND THE SWEETEST!! SHE NEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO WITH MY HAIR AND I LOVED IT! I HAVE FINALLY FOUND A SALON AND STYLIST FOR LIFE!

ROSEANNA'S THE BEST – I WENT TO URBAN ROOTS FOR THE FIRST TIME A FEW MONTHS AGO . RIGHT WHEN I ENTERED THE SALON I WAS GREETED BY FRIENDLY FACES ALL THE GIRLS IN THE SALON WERE SO SWEET!! I HAD MY HAIR DONE BY ROSEANNA I DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WANTED DONE I TOLD HER TO DO WHATEVER SHE WANTED IM GLAD I DID SHE DID A GREAT JOB!!! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE SHE ALSO HAS GREAT PRICES.

BEST SALON BEST STYLIST – You have to visit my stylist Roseanna @ Urban Roots, I followed her from her previous salon and this one is 100 times better. Best service and best place to get your hair done. I never worry about my hair because I know its in GREAT hands. My family and friends all attend and no Regrets to tell.

my favorite new salon! – I'd been trying to find a non-chain salon for quite awhile now, without any real luck in my area. But lo and behold, I found this hidden gem 10 minutes down the freeway. When I found it on citysearch, the pictures of the salon and all the reviews told me I just had to try it. When I first got to the salon, I wasn't sure what color I wanted to do my hair, but my stylist Chemo helped me choose just the right shade and did the cutest peek-a-boo highlights. Give this place a try, they're great!
