BEST COLOR AND CUT EVER!! – ASHLEY, my hair looks BEAUTIFUL - thanks to you!! My hair tends to get frizzy and usually looks blah. Love My Hair! – I was looking for a new salon and I found Urban Roots, WOW! Everyone is so friendly I felt like a regular my fisrt time. My (new) stylist is Vannesa and let me tell you, she so is amazing!!!! I wasn't sure what I wanted and she gave me some advice that I went with and now and I can't stop loving my hair! Urban Roots is a keeper – After the tragic loss of my long hair to a wanna be stylist, I needed serious help to get my new mullet replaced my something cute and sassy. I went to Kathy having an idea of what I wanted but without any real details. She listened, we experimented, and after she worked her magic, I ended up with a cute slightly angled bob with awesome highlights. Best Place Ever!!!! – I went to Urban Roots last weekend after my hair was badly damaged by another "professional" salon when I went for a hair relaxer. I was devastated, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an emergency appointment with Seth who put extensions in my hair, and did a superb job!!! He is amazing!! Truly A-Mazing!!! – Chemo is a Hair Artist!! Like I said, truly A-Mazing!! He chopped off all my nasty hair and gave me the CUTEST style. Love it....I've gotten so many compliments. And it's all because of Chemo at Urban Roots :)
Heavenly Wash b4 ur Cool & Edgy do! – Loved this place, staff very friendly. Place looks modern and very clean, and best shampoo I've ever had-would love to have that after a workday. My stylist was Chemo and I was very excited and thrilled with the cut he gave me! He asked me what I was thinking of and the results he gave me were more than I expected. Hair Style – Vanessa cut,styled and highlighted my hair. my hair was very long , and salon took care of making my donation to Locks of Love. The experience was very pleasant.
Masterful Fix or Eek, I did it myself! – I decided to save money, bought a box of color and did it myself. BIG MISTAKE! My brownish red hair ended up Orange fuschia! My hair did not match the color on the box at all. Next morning I called Rosie for an emergency appointment. She fit me in the next day (her day off) and was kind when commenting on my color. Rosie and Ashley took excellent care of me and I walked out looking like a beauty queen. The price was great and I will never do my own hair again. L.
