Leading by example... – I've been coming to Rosey since before the salon opened. She has her finger on the pulse of the beauty industry. Service with a Smile! – My stylist was Rose, the owner. I was so nervous to try a new salon, but as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. The Salon is very clean and everyone was super Nice. Rose is such a great stylist, she listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my color. She really knows her stuff, her staff was great and I can't wait to go back! Good times at Urban Roots!
Rosie is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Urban Roots is such an amazing relaxing , welcoming ,homecoming place, Rosie really makes you comefortable and welcoming! Owner is Bad – I went to this shop a few times to get my hair done but the owner Rose has a bad attitude, she talks down to the other stylist and doesn't even smile upon entering. As the owner you would think she would be friendly and always greeting clients, her whole appearance is not welcoming. The other stylist are great, the vibe is great when the Rose isn't around ,but once she comes in the shop, the mood changes and she plays madonna or techno music instead of nice relaxing music. Finally I found a salon that I'm happy with. – Vanessa is a pro and knows her stuff.. My highlights look great! I've tried other salons and just was not happy with any of them. Until now! I can't explain how relieved I am to finally have found a new hairstylist and salon with a great staff. I would recommend Urban Roots to anyone. I will be seeing you soon for my next appoinment. Great styling, great service, great atmosphere – I've been to Urban Roots twice now and Mandi was my stylist both times. The first visit I got a haircut and color service; it was very pleasant and enjoyable and time flew by, and Mandi did an amazing job on my color and haircut. It also wasn't just me that appreciated her expert work, I received countless compliments from friends and family on my new haircut! Amazing Stylists – I luv this salon my cousin introduced me to, first off my appointment is always on time I dont have to wait or have my hair done with 2 other people at the same time like alot of other salons. My stylist is Mandi and she makes me feel wonderful everytime I leave the salon. The conditioning treatments leave my wild hair soft and shiny.
