Once again outstanding service provided by Rosenberg Indoor Comfort. Less than a week after the problem was diagnosed, Rosenberg was back at our home to begin repairs. Roman and Shamare were the two installers. They arrived earlier than promised and worked steadily to install the new equipment. They were careful and mindful of our home as they progressed. Technicians Derrick R***** and new trainee (JB) were out this a.m. for a spring tune-up. Both gentlemen were very professional, courteous and well versed on the working of the unit. Derrick being the lead went over everything they checked along with the results. I would recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort to anyone in the SA area.

This was perhaps, in all of my 69 years (okay, I wasn't making a lot of decisions until around 17) the most extraordinary retail experience ever. From start to finish. It started with our assigned technician, Johnny T*****. He was polite, professional, articulate about the issues he was seeing in our system. On 12/5/18, Derrick R***** performed an annual maintenance check on our furnace. I appreciated his great detail in performing this maintenance. He was both professional and friendly and took time to explain things that would make the furnace more efficient. At the same time, he did not pressure me to hire Rosenberg to perform any of these services. He also wrote these things out on his report, so I could share them with my husband. Robert D******* from Rosenberg Indoor Comfort came to the house for fall seasonal furnace check and found a problem with the heat exchanger that needed to be repaired ASAP. After talking about the options, I decided to go with replacing the 2003 4 ton ****** furnace. He called the office and got the installation scheduled for the next day which I was grateful for because the weather was supposed to be in the 40's. Outstanding company with the customer firmly in mind. Our technician, Derrick, was most professional. He is courteous, thorough, and pays attention to details. He checked our heat pump system every possible way and made sure we were satisfied with the service. He even had to return a second time because of the nasty weather. This is a real first class company and Derrick is a first class employee!!
