Staff was prompt on answering my request for service, and scheduled for the first available appointment, since I was calling on the weekend. Technician Derrick, arrived promptly, after being notified in advance of his arrival. Maintained his social distance and wore his PPE throughout the visit. Very professional, completed his work efficiently, and notified me at the end with a visual inspection. Totally satisfied, and would not hesitate to recommend Rosenberg Indoor Comfort.

Derrick exhibited highest level of professionalism from moment he rang my doorbell until departure. He was very detailed with resolution to issue especially with clarifying projected cost.
