Our first time using Rosenberg. Everything went well and I believe our tech went beyond helping us figure out the air flow in each room. They had a cancellation so he got to us in the morning instead of afternoon. It worked out for us. I hope our second visit in the spring goes as smoothly.

Derrick was the Technician assigned to my service request for a Fall heating tuneup. He was courteous, thorough, answered my questions, and explained what he did. The 30 minute "will call" was helpful so I could manage my time during the day. He took his time and did the job right...I give him a high recommendation.
