Rosenberg has been servicing my Air Conditioning units for many years and I have a contract with them for biannual routine checkups on our systems and I have never had any problems with their work or their customer services. Everyone is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable in their areas and I really appreciate that their service technicians are punctual. Installs are quick as well. We had a minisplit installed and they did all the correct permit work and had the city inspect as well to make sure it was up to code.

Rosenberg has been one of the most honest AC companies to deal with. ..from the receptionist that makes the appointments to the technician -***************************. *************** was very professional, knowledgeable and honest.. I would highly recommend Rosenberg to my friends.

****** and *** serviced my unit today. They arrived on time and were extremely courteous. ****** took the time to educate me on different parts of my unit so I appreciated that very much. I am very happy that I signed up for the monthly membership as I realize the importance of maintaining my unit. I have been using them for years. All repairs have been good, new install has been good and they always remind me when it is time to do regular maintenance. ( I subscribe to the annual plan they have.) u sister uses them on my recommendation and she has been pleased too. The technicians have always been very friendly and are very talented.

I have used them for maintenance for several years. The woman who did the most recent service was extremely thorough and informative. She provided many tips to prolong the life of my system.
